My HP cam and memory stick!!??!!!??!!Closed

Hello,
can some one PLEASE tell me what to do..i have a hp photosmart. Every time i try to snap..it wont but as soon as i take the memory stick out it snaps only from the internal memory..which puzzles me because tht s the memory stick Ive been using from the onset..pls help i really love this camera!!!

Dear Gucci, 

It might be that the camera is not recognising the memory stick for it is faulty. 

Please consider using another memory stick to see whether it starts 

working properly again.
