gprs is not working Closed

Hello,
i cann't access gprs in my china mobile "ace h9" so plz. send me help about this topic. 
Whenever i try to connect wap than a massege comes that gprs is not subscribed. so plz. send some kind of help because i want to run internet on my mobile. & please send me pc suite of china mobile "ace h9".

GPRS settings actually don't work on China mobile phones. For more 

details about the matter, please contact the manufacturer. This is 

a common problem that all its users are experiencing.
