Excel - Date selection box - Is it possible?

Hello,

I would like to have a date selection box appear when cells are selected in a certain column of my Excel spreadsheet.

By date selection box i mean similar to the type you get on websites when booking hotels etc.

Is this possible?

I have created a list for name selection using Data/Validation/List. I thought there may be some way of doing this with dates.

Can anyone help, please??
