Download pictures from cell phone to computer

Hello,
I have the Nokia 3110 Classic cell phone. I have some pictures which I want to download to my PC. When I connect it with a USB cable, my computer tries to install the new device by browsing on the Internet.
The driver program cannot be installed correctly and I cannot transfer my pictures.
Since I do not have the installation Cd, how can I find the driver program and install it so as to be able to transfer my data?

Go here https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/ and select your phone from the list, then download the Nokia Suites for your phone.
