may you help to explain me please how to set up the German's language which is not showing on the display of my cell phone

hi there,

you must get the os reinstalled on the phone

this can be done by a qualified mobile phone technician

how to install new software in samsung shhl700 mobile & which type of software will be dowenloaded sen some software on my email id & there process.................................thank you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
