not able 2 view the contents of office 2003Closed

Hello,
         when i click on file.edit,tools etc. I am not able to view its content.
So please help me with solution as soon as possible.

Please carry out a virus scan to confirm whether the problem is not coming from a 

virus infection. Also consider checking your virtual memory available and hence
