Hello,
i need help ive tried so much tpime to upgrade the new msn but nothing happens i need help baddley. Even when iv'e looked up so much times to get a anwer but i just cant! HELP!

remove msn from your system

you can do it by using zapmessenger

download it from link below:

http://ccm.net/download/download-3346-zapmessenger

then download the latest version from official website:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-essentials-2707b879-5004-4349-c4a4-e5900945f2a9
