Hello,
weneva ii install new software to mie lapyy, den it got restart..em nt able ot understand wa d exactlii problem..pls help meh..ii will b tankful to uh..:)

Dear Ayesha,

When installing applications you need to restart your laptop in order for

the installation to take effect. The laptop might be restarted automatically

after the installation or still restarted later. At the end of every installation,

it asks you to restart automatically or later. Please choose one of them.

thnx for ur concern..
buh mie exactlii problem is mie laptop dun allow any installation to run..! like ii ws installin bittorent.com then it dint instaled instead it jux restart n nothing else..! no instalation..!

Dear Ayesha,

Please check whether there is no malware running in the background

which is causing the problem. If still it isn't coming from any malware,

it should be from some corrupted or system files. I will reccomend you

to restore your laptop back to factory settings then.
