Hello, my i deleted my shell.dll file. so now i cant start my pc it always restarting, so do any one now how to fix it with out format. Im using windows xp service pack 2. Tq

Just try to do a repair using the same cd you used to install XP on this computer.

But that it will delete my data at desctop rite? dont have any other way ah?

if i put my xp disc to repaie my missing shell.dll it will delete all my saved file at my desctop rite? some 1 help me plz?????/
