Unable to cross validate process

Hello,
min problem is that i have downloaded windows media player 11 but during installation process it is saying that it is not a genuine one so from where could i get a genuine one or how to cross the validation process

It is saying that your copy of Windows is not genuine. You will need to purchase a new copy of Windows XP.
