Facebook problem

Hello,
I have a Facebook log-in problem.. so here it goes:
when I first signed-up for facebook via ipod touch, facebook gave me a username using my phone number, now that i lost my password and I cant seem to reset it ... facebook needs a valid email ad and the thing is I cant get hold of FB assistance because my username is not an email ad.
CAN SOMEONE PLS HELP ME!!!
i really want my facebook back!!

Dear Sir,

You will be compelled to contact the Facebook Support in order to have

the problem fixed. They will require some confirmations for resetting the

password though.
