Help My computer will not find a game on it

I need help I have a computer game I was downloading a thing for it but it says I did not install it but it is installed and I can play it but it will not download it HELP!!!!!

My hdmi cable for ps3 got picture but no sound
I try all kind of setting but it's just doesn't work
