Autorun.inf files were there in your Local Drives.
i think u may not see hidden files.
Use Autorun Eater to remove them.

1.Download the Program
2. Install and Run Auto RUn Eater
3. Click fix Task Manager, fix Regedit, fix Folder Options.

i advise you to use vaccine, disables autorun completely, makin ur windows as cool as linux :)
