How to install vlc media player in fedora 8

Hello,
I have fedora 8 in my system. But I dont have internet connection. I am a new linux user.Can I install vlc media player here offline?? If so then how??please give me the needed links and commands..

download it from another pc and transfer to a pendrive or any type of storage medium

Else you can take your pc and going to Macdonald, you have the free Wifi :)
