Hello,
I beleive that I recently acquired a virus on my computer while I was trying to download an anti-virus program. I can no longer use some of the functions of windows such as the media player. I also can not access internet explorer from the desktop. Anytime I double click on the icon, nothing happens. I have also tried accessing explorer from the start menu, but nothing happens from there either. I hope I have provided you with enough information to maybe help. Thank you!

hi there,

you can make a system restore

follow these steps:

press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools>

System Restore Open it and then select a date when you were

not infected then press next Let the process to be done

Restart your machine normally
