Hello,
compaq presario v2000 Mobile AMD Sempron don't star just produce a sparkle yellow color that it not running at all. like no power coming in.

Dear Sir,

It could be that there is not enough power supply. Please

it to charge for enough time and if still it doesn't turn on,

consider checking its motherboard and grapic card.
