Sounds like your PC may be infected with a rogue antivirus antivirus. Download Malwarebytes Antimalware - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php There is a link for the free version on the left hand side. Run this program and, once the scan is finished, remove any infections found by clicking on the remove button.
