Installing up grade adobe flashplayer

Hello, I can play some of the game's @ games vill site but other's I get a message saying I need to upgrade adobe flashplayer.. after clicking the install button ,It look's like it loaded but when I try to play the game I get the same messages about installing the upgrade version again. I have wendows 98 on my computer Please help. thank you

How about upgrading to windows XP or Vista or 7 first then install the new flash player.
