Hello,
I have a dell desktop which has been running slower and slower, it is only a year old and I cant always get on the internet. I have been told to reset to factory settings. 'Can anyone point me in the right direction to do this

Try pressing F8 during the boot process. Then follow the instructions to do a restore.
