contact list deleted Closed

Hello,
       i am using nokia 6500 slide , i was updating the mobile software , but i forgot to make a backup. now software has been updated but my contact list , massages ,notes and all other things which were stored on the phone memory has been lost , plz plz plz tell me if there is any method of recovering all my data.?

Dear Sir,

Once the contact list deleted without making any back up copy 

of the specific files, you won't be able to get them back.

if u copied it to pc suite then you cna restore it from there. Gd lk!
