Cant download mcafee update patch (dat file)

Hello,
I have downloaded Mcafee update patch from sites like ScanWith.com before .. But its been more than a month that i could download one from the same site or any other site that comes up on google search.

I have no problems in downloading other data but its only the mcafee update patch that's causing a problem .
PLS Help .
