Transcend Flash Drive 64000MB Formatting

Hello,
I need ur Asst to format a 64000 MB Pen Drive. I have tried all the ways upto my knowledge and by using answer which is presented in the window of the website. In the device properties the file system shows as RAW. Kindly help me to overcome from this problem.

64 MB is too big for FAT32 formatting. You must use NTSF formatting.
