my tv card does not have FM Closed

Hello,
I bought a LW Exprees Card for my laptop so that I could view TV and listen to local FM radio stations. Unfortunatley, the software does not have FM drivers in it. Can I download those drivers and install them o get the card to work and if so from where and how? My Computer is satelight Toshiba with AMD Turion X2 Dual core. It has Window Vista. Please advise.

well if this is not a function of the device

then installing the software will not do any changes

if it was possible with it then you would have got the function as soon as installed driver

That sounds illuminating! I dont know why I did not think about it. What is funny though is that when you open the program file a FM icon shows, and even there is a function at the operation interface screen for FM though when you click on it it says "no radio". But I guess what you say is right. Go bless.
