How to fix the restarting computer problem

Hello,
my computer keeps on restarting every 3mins?and i cant go in windows of my computer?and it always in the bluescreen i tried to click the safe mode but it always restart..and also i tried to click the start windows normally but it always going restarting...pls help me what will i do next..

Hi,

You can still repair windows using the original cd, or if to no avail format the whole thing !
