CanNotAccess internet in my pc through mobile

Hello,
My mobile model No.-GT-C3010S,SAMSUNG. The mobile is able to provide GPRS. But I can not connect the mobile with my PC to access internet via Bluetuth/Data cable. Plez help me to explain the process to connect the mobile with PC. For your information I Download the software PC Studio. But at the time of installation in PC, it says to connect with Application Vendor.Plez guide me to recover the problems. There is another problem in my mobile .When i want to download the music from fun club Samsung through internet, the massage 'to set the valid operator GPRS settings' is displayed.What does it mean,let me inform. Plez guide me.Please inform me whether my mobile can be connected with my PC to browse internet or not.

You will be compelled to use your PC Suite for performing

this particular task. Please have the PC Suite downloaded

from the following link if you don't have it:
