C:\windows\systemrundll32.exe deleted oops

Hello,
I'm pretty sure i deleted the systmerundll32.exe from my C-drive, can't get into control panel, just like the other girl, can you help me, i have the operating system disc, but i don't want to re-install the whole operating system, to much to loose. will it give me a choice to reload just that program?

Here is a link to instruction for a repair/install of Windows XP. Follow the instruction exactly and you will not loose any data files.
