How do i enable my task manger ?

Hello,
i need some help my computer wont let me hit the run option and i can only have internet up when i press the shift key 5 times i go from there. I can only get command propmt to come up. Can anyone help me with this ? if u can plz email me at bdarazs90@rocketmail.com

I'm assuming you've tried Control+Alt+Delete to bring up the Vista options, one of which is Start Task Manager?\

Also, if you're having issues with viruses then I strongly reccommend downloading AVG Free, or buying the full version for complete protection.
