Factory restore not working

Hello,
help i cnt restore my dell laptop i tried F8 chose repair you computer den after that my normal desktop screens comes up and den nothing happens i cnt see the factory image restore option anywhere please help!!

hi there,

you must use recovery disc and boot from it

to restore your system to factory default

Hi Dancedhall,
i've checked the cpu temp by my mobo's hwmonitor..its 19C idle, 48C full load & 46.5C while playing FIFA. so i guess cpu overheating is not the case...what do u think?
