Problem in Lephone N97

Hello,
I bought two no. N97 phone. problm in one of them is when other person call me he can not hear my voice,instead he hears his own voice . ( its called echo) also we want of the phone, pl suggest.

reset your mobile phone to factory default

and please give more information what you mean on
