hi i need help in restoring my excess to my internet power on to start menu with the icons want even show now only thing thats showing is a big sign that says virus detected i use spy-ware and anti-virus not working do you have a solution that would help me then bringing my hard drive to some one else to fix

Hi,

Download MalwaresBytes Anti Malwares on the site.

Do a scan.

Post the log.

Download HJT here:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download

Install the program.

Click on do a system scan and save a logfile.

Post this logfile.
