BSOD in updating vista to XP Closed

Question

Hello,
Im trying to upgrade my Sattelite A305 vista to XP. But when setting up the start menu it gives BSOD and gives the following technical error code.
0x000000F4(0x00000003,0x89EB7DA0,0x89EB7F14,0x805D1142)
can anyone help me

I've already gone through the guide. Any ways i resolved the problem. There was a defect in hard drive. I installed xp in another partition It worked like a charm
