F:\Autorun.inf virus

Hello,
Hi there i have just plugged in my Antey's Mp4 and she said there isn't a virus of any sorts on it and when i plugged it in it came up with one it is called F:\Autorun.inf and i don't know if it is a bad thing but i don't want it on my computer just in case. but all i was wondering if it is a bad thing or not
