EMAIL VIRUS ... PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I got a virus (in the computer) that opens many pages up. Many of them are for adult people. I bought NORTON anti virus; but this virus won't led Norton page open up. I have tried to open up Microsoft office, add and remove programs, adobe illustrator, but it won't open up. Any suggestion?!

Dear Mary,

Normally if you have a virus infection on your computer

and you install the anti virus software afterwards, it won't

show any effectiveness. I will be recommending you to get

the PC formatted in order to get it functioning properly.
