Having problem in acessin gprs by laptop

Hello,
I am acessing aircel gprs.I have also reacharged with 98 gprs card.but while i am acessing gprs,it is always disconnected in between 5 to 10 minutes.i have got the gprs setting by sending PI to 121 several times,but this problem is also occuring.so what should i do?
please give me the solution.

your service provider and the guide to activating it.
