Problem with yxtel-8502

Hello,
I have yxtel-8502 china mobile purchased in Nov'2009. while operating to call other some distrubence sound coming frome mobile as well as to receiver mobile , so unable to talk so give suggestions to rectify the problem.

Thank you sir my problem solved with your solution, again i have another one my battery backup is very less time it stands 30 minutes during usage, in normal 6 hours plz give solution

Hi there,

You will need to get the battery changed or till then use a universal charger and get it charged for a maximum of time.

Thank you, i used unniversal charger for maximum time tocharge the existing battery in change , if I have to change battery please suggest battery model & company name to replace.
