Farmville Help

Hello,
I just got a new desktop and every time i try to open farm ville in full screen my mouse does not work. It will not move or click on anything. Is there nything I can do to fix this?

Its because farmville will have gliches from time to time. Some times the market wont open or it says Invalid urls.
