Farmville neighbor and profile issue

Hello,
I recently added farmville through facebook. I have one neighbor. My profile picture does not show. I can go to my neighbor's farm, but they can't go to mine. my name and photo don't show on their page. please help - our privacy settings are the same and my neighbor is having no issues with their other neighbors.
