Services are not ruuning after installing xp

Hello,
i hvae p4 system with 2.8 ghz cpu and 512 mb of ram with 80 gb ide hdd with ASUS P5RD1-VM motherboard.i have a problem that after installing xp to the system it is not ruuning any services when i am going to install the driver for vga,lan and sound. it shows the error message that rpc server is unavailable(ikernel.exe) Access Denied.

U have the problem in OS, Need to fomate once or Use another CD for OS and do repair it. Then u can
