Cell phone games saved to mem card

Hello,
I just got a new phone (Sony Ericsson W518a). I had games on my previous phone (S.E. Z750a) that had been saved to the memory card. Why are they not showing on the new phone? How can I get them without having to pay for them all again? I had 5 or 6 games I think. HELP!
