Hello,
When I boot my XP computer, the following message appears: RUNDLL Error Loading C:\Progra~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\3.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL The specified module could not be found. How is this fixed?

your anti-virus program deleted the file - it's part of "MyWebSearch" which is classified as malware. This website has instructions for removal:
