Phoenix cod

Hello,
I have a Dell loptop(vostro1310) ,after i change my Bios password and set HDD pasword , it dosent get currect pass and new pass and after 3th try said system disabled[08739].
please help me to solve this problem,
if you have master cod for phoenix ,give me.

Please provide the service tag and version as appeared on the screen.
