Dear Sir,
You should confirm from where the problem is really sourcing.
Please plug the memory card on another computer and see
whether you are able to access to it. If it is the case, it will mean
that the card reader installed on your computer is not functioning
properly. Otherwise, it will obvious that the problem is with the
memory card and perhaps you won't be able to get it back working
properly and will have to get it replaced.
