Help in Excel data comparison

Hello,
i need to find a solution to my problems. Can anyone help me ?

1.Data in column A of a worksheet are compared with Data A of another worksheet , if these data match with that dat, these data are shown in column B, otherwise blank
2.Data in column A of a worksheet are compared with Data A of another worksheet , if these data do not match with that data or data are same/not same then these data are highlighted
3. Data are compared with Data within the range in the same sheet, all duplicates/duplicated except the first one are highlighted.

use name of sheet as sheet1 sheet 2 etc
column letters may be used column A, column B etc
what is the diffence betwen column A and Data A

rephrase your three questions giving one or two examples
