Help for paris ace mobile phone

Hello,

How can I access the menu on my Ace mobile touch screen phone - 'paris'- The menu appears on the bottom of the screen but does not respond when touched. I make and receive calls. PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Dear Sir,

These phones are normally equipped with a lock. You should remove the

lock first in order to have the possibility to get to the main menu screen. You

should check within its manual how to get the lock removed so that you can

get to main menu.
