Help with Gateway MA3

My Gateway MA3 will power on but nothing happens. The screen stays black and the disc drive and hard drive indicator lights won't come on. I put the hard drive in another computer and it works. So I know it is not the hard drive. The fan starts up but quickly stops. I was worried that it is the screen, but would that stop the indicator lights from coming on? Any help?

I read you post and I just fixed my gateway ma3, If you still need help let me know.
