SYSTEM FAN ERROR MESSAGE

Hello,
Message comes up, System Fan has failed--fix so as not to damage computer----press f2 to continue.

I do not hear fan running. What are directions for changing fan if I order new part?

Hi there,

open cpu,there are four clips on the processor to remove the fan or two long lock type brackets,lift them and remove the fan.If you still have guarantee on iti will advise you not to open the cpu as when the seller seal is broken it will no longer under warranty.
