Hello,
I have a business Instagram account and I cannot receive messages from anyone who I do not follow. I have all message permissions turned on. Please help!!

Check if your Instagram App is up-to-date or not.
Open your DM, see on the top left-hand side click the 3 button toggle and open the tools and you'll find the settings of your Messages.

Switch your account from private to public, if it is.
