Hello,
i have got a pc and it is stuck in safe mode, i have tried absolutely everything and it won't go off i have restarted time and time again? what can i do to get it off safe mode?

As a last resort you can do a Windows XP repair/install. That will install the original Windows XP and still retain your application programs and data. This will require you to download all the Microsoft updates after the install. You will find instruction at this site:
