What should i do if it doesnt work after

Hello,
my computer doesnt work , it appears the black screen with start window normally
when i click on them it comes again and again. doesnt go further
and i tried to install the vista cd but same thing is happening.
help me someone

This sounds like a hardware problem best handled by a local repair shop. Good Luck
