NOT ABLE TO CONNECT

Hello,
i have nokia 3230 i am able to connect to net through my mobile but when ever i connect to pc it doesnt gets connected always shows "failed to connect"
what do i do ???
even i have filled the settings properly..plzz tell me

Please give more details whether you are using any PC suite
